Summary
South Kent School engaged with Katava Marketing for a new website that is designed for more engagement from prospective students and alumni. The new website was a key piece to a larger Centennial celebration to launch South Kent School into their future vision for the school — showcasing all South Kent School’s student experience has to offer to incoming students. The website was to become a hub that welcomed alumni home with a Centennial Celebration calendar of events planned for the coming year.

Student Experience-Driven Design
One of the biggest challenges of the old website was that it didn’t have a visually-compelling story about the South Kent student experience. The goal of the new website was to be more engaging with a multi-media rich design across all devices.
Scalability
The second biggest challenge of the old website was flexibility and scalability. It was built on a limited CMS system that did not allow for much customization in design, layout or functionality. Building the new website on WordPress allowed for full customization and full ownership of the website. As the school continues to grow, the website will now be able to grow with it.
