Summary

The Global Alzheimer’s Platform Foundation (GAP) sought to increase awareness and participation in their New Jersey Memory Screening Initiative. A targeted Facebook advertising campaign was implemented from October 18th to October 21st, 2021, focusing on adults aged 60+ within a 15-mile radius of screening sites. The campaign utilized both Facebook call ads and conversion ads. In addition, we implemented an appointment booking software on a landing page we designed for the ads so patients could book appointments directly from the ads. The initiative successfully generated significant interest and engagement, driving calls and online appointment bookings.

Desired Goals

Global Alzheimer’s Platform Foundation (GAP) The primary goal was to drive participation in the New Jersey Memory Screening Initiative. The campaign aimed to reach adults 60+ and encourage them to schedule free memory tests.  

The Results

The Facebook conversion campaign effectively generated awareness and drove patients to the landing page with the booking form for the NJ Memory Screening Initiative. The call campaign performed strongly with an above-average click-through rate (CTR) and a below-average cost per click (CPC). The campaign contributed to a significant number of appointments through the appointment booking software and via calls.

Facebook call campaign achieved a 1% click-through rate (CTR), exceeding the average of 0.90%
Facebook call campaign achieved a cost per click (CPC) of $1.30, lower than the Facebook average of $1.72.
The campaign reached 35,237 impressions.
