Summary
Atlantic Health wanted to create a system-wide sports medicine program, but was challenged by fragmented services, practices and visions as to what a sports program should be. Katava Marketing provided a structured approach and was asked to not only develop a strategy and vision for the sports medicine program, but also help to implement it. Katava Marketing worked directly with the CEO, the head of the Sports Medicine Program and other senior executives to achieve the desired goals.

Challenges & Goals:
The biggest challenge was the fragmented approach and lack of vision for a sports medicine program. As a result, there was very little willingness across the providers to support such a program. Katave utilized its structured approach and methodology and a fully integrated change management approach to get a buyin for the vision across the sports medicine providers, which was a crucial success factor for the engagement.
Other specialties copied our approach and implemented similar programs for their specialties.
