All 5 products launched on time, which was especially remarkable, since it required the coordination of resources and work on four different continents and the utilization of outsourced services in Asia.

The products did not only deliver the desired revenue in year 1, but grew to a significant and reliable revenue stream with double digit million revenue within 5 years.

Some of the products became de facto industry standard reference products in the Life Science Industry.

Challenges & Goals:

One of the biggest challenges was the need to coordinate very complex processes and product development activities across many countries, time zones and 4 different continents. Our fully integrated Change Management framework helped in the management of the project and ensured the buy-in from all stakeholders.

The project was one of the first significant moves from print publishing to digital products. As such it became a blueprint for future product development.
